Size: Approx. 21″ x 25″
You’ll need about 6 ounces of yarn leftover from other projects, either a bulky weight or use two strands of 4 ply worsted weight held together (you can use both in the same project) and a size K crochet hook
Check your gauge!
2 sc = 1″, 2 rnds = 1″
Beg at center, ch 11 to measure approx 6″.
Rnd 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each of next 8 ch, in last ch work 5 sc. Working along opposite side of foundation ch, sc in next 8 ch, in last ch work 4 sc.
Mark beg of rnds. Do not join this or following rnds.
Working in BACK LPS only, sc in each sc of side, inc 1 sc in each of 5 sc at each end. Continue to work sc rnds in BACK LPS only with increases spaced at ends of rug when needed to keep work flat, until desired size.
Join with a sl st to first sc of last rnd.
Fasten off.
