Refund policy

Thank you for shopping small! We strive to make each order a positive experience. If you have an issue with your order please let us know!

30-Day Return Eligibility:

All returns on all handmade items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to customer support for assistance within 30 days of purchase. (60 days for international purchases)

All ready to ship items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if they are unused. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense. Returned items will be refunded the item cost minus 10% restock fee. Shipping expenses will not be refunded. 

Refund Timeframe: 

If you are returning your item you will be refunded within 72 hours of when we receive your item and it has passed inspection. To ensure a full refund, minus the restocking expense, please make sure your item is in unused condition.

Incorrect Orders:

If your order was incorrect please reach out to thriftycreativity101@gmail.com for a resolution. Possible resolutions include but are not limited to: a refund or replacement with the correct order. In the event that the order was packed and filled correctly, and the error was on the customer’s part, returns may be accepted however the buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs.

Limited Warranty:

Thrifty Creativity handmade bags are backed by a limited one-year warranty. Any damage not caused by normal wear and tear or negligence of the buyer is eligible to be repaired at no cost. The buyer assumes the cost of shipping item to Thrifty Creativity. Thrifty Creativity will pay to ship the item back to you once the repairs are complete. Any other repairs are covered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Thrifty Creativity, and the buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs.

Final Sale:

Due to the nature of the product, all custom-designed items are final sale. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to customer support within 1 week of delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office to locate the package.  Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund if the package is not located. 

Order Cancellations: 

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to thriftycreativiy101@gmail.com We are unable to guarantee cancellation after 6 hours of your purchase. Thrifty Creativity reserves the right to charge a restock fee based off order amount and payment method.
