Shipping Turnaround TImes:

Non-custom items will be sent within 3-10 days of purchase. Custom items may take up to 4 weeks to be produced and shipped. 

We strive to have all packages out in a timely manner but please be patient with us if they take a little longer. If you need an item by a specific date please let us know by emailing thriftycreativity101@gmail.com including your order number if you have placed you order already. 

Combined Packages:

I am all about saving money! If you place a second order within 12 hours of your first I will likely be able to combine your order. Please email thriftycreativity101@gmail.com with the order numbers which you would like to have combined. If I am able to combine the orders you will be refunded the difference of your shipping cost. If you have already received a shipping notification for your first order, I will be unable to combine the orders. 

Lost Packages:

If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office to locate the package.  Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund if the package is not located.
