Shipping + Returns
Shipping: We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Non-custom items will be sent within 3-10 days of purchase. Custom items may take up to 4 weeks to be produced and shipped.

30-Day Return Eligibility:
All returns on all handmade items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to customer support for assistance within 30 days of purchase. (60 days for international purchases)
All ready to ship items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if they are unused. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense. Returned items will be refunded the item cost minus 10% restock fee. Shipping expenses will not be refunded.
